GeoProc2019 will take place at Utrecht University’s Science Park (De Uithof) to the east of Utrecht city, in the Netherlands, from 3-5 July, 2019. Utrecht is listed by the EU as one of its top cities for quality of life and by Lonely Planet in its top 10 of the World’s unsung destinations.

Utrecht is the capital and most populous city in the Dutch province of Utrecht. Utrecht’s city centre features buildings and bridges several dating as far back as the Middle Ages. The city is the home of Utrecht University, the largest and highest-ranked university in the Netherlands, as well as several other higher education institutes. GeoProc2019 will take place during the comfortable ‘summer’ season of the Netherlands. Utrecht University and conference building
Utrecht University is a large (30.000 students) and diverse institute that houses many leading research groups in many different subjects. The main campus, de Uithof, is directly East of the city. The conference will be hosted in the Koningsberger building, a brand new educational building with well-equipped lecture halls. Oral presentations will be held in the “Cosmos”, “Atlas” or “Pangea” lecture theatres, which provide more than 200 seats each. The lecture theaters are surrounded by ample space for poster sessions.
